Today we are showing a tabletop display at the IUOTA fall meeting in Pittsburgh. Duquesne Light and Power hosted the event next to their unique indoor lineman training center. Utility companies need help capturing their retiring expert’s knowledge, training the next generation and proving refresher courses to existing workers.
